PRICING OF GOODS The prices on our website atlantic-action.com include VAT. They are checked for accuracy, in the event of any error or as a result of circumstances beyond our control, you will be informed of the revised/correct prices once we receive your order, at this time should you wish not to purchase the product at that price we can cancel that part of the order.

SHIPPING GOODS:
For the UK we endeavour to ship all goods using 24 hour delivery by Interlink, or Parcelforce. Orders must be received by 1.00pm for next day delivery. ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIMES:
Once we have received your order we will confirm by email that it has been processed and the expected delivery time. For most items UK mainland shipping there is no charge, for delivery on large items we use Interlink Carriers which are normally 24 hours. For smaller packages we use Parcel Force. All delivery is insured by Atlantic Action.

For international orders we will quote on an individual basis.

BACK ORDERS:
Sometimes a product can sell out - should this be the case we will inform you of the earliest delivery date. Please inform us at this time if it is acceptable.

RETURNS:
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at Atlantic Action, Exeter Road, Braunton, North Devon EX33 2JL within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with the original packaging intact. This should be accompanied with the receipt and a Returns Number which will be given to you by a member of staff quoting your invoice number emailing or phoning Atlantic Action.No goods will be accepted without an authorised returns number from Atlantic Action.

We regret that we cannot refund carriage charges incurred, on incorrect purchases and we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
When placing an order from abroad we will require your confirmed full name, address and telephone number.

We send international orders to the registered billing address of your credit/debit card.
